Buff Pup Custom Dog Collars take approximately 3-5 business days for us to design and customize to your specifications. Any special requests above and beyond what we currently offer on the website may take longer due to the ordering of special leather, dyes, or other materials. Blank Buff Pup Dog Collars that have no custom design will ship out within 1-2 business days.

Once your dog collar has been designed and customization has been completed, we are unable to make any additional changes.
All custom dog collars are made to order and all sales are final once an order has been processed. If your belt has damages associated with it due to shipping or defects of any kind, this will be treated case by case.
